Rob Sachs, Jr. is the managing partner of the Philadelphia law firm of Shrager, Sachs, & Blanco. His practice is limited exclusively to plaintiffs’ complex personal injury claims including:
For five years, Rob served as one of Pennsylvania’s Governors on the Board of the American Association for Justice. From 2010-2013, he served as Chair of the Publications Committee which publishes Trial magazine. From 2011-2012, he was elected Chairman of the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group. In 2012 he completed a three year term on the Board of the AAJ Truck Litigation Group. Rob served for over a decade on the Board of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers’ Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Public Justice Foundation (headquartered in Washington, D.C. and Oakland, CA) and SeniorLaw Center (headquartered in Philadelphia, PA), both of which are non-profit public interest boards which support public interest legal organizations.
From 2022 to 2023, Rob served as President of the Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia. For five years running, he has also been the moderator for a Pennsylvania Association for Justice statewide continuing legal education on handling nursing home abuse cases. He and other faculty members help attorneys around the state navigate these complex cases.
